M-JUNT Applied
GENERAL RULES OF APPLICATION
In a clean container (plastic) pour the necessary water 30% ± 1% (consistent paste) or 34% ± 1% (fluid paste) with respect to the product.
Homogenise well with a low-speed mechanical stirrer until a smooth, creamy paste is obtained.
Leave to stand for 2 to 3 minutes and stir again.
Apply the MJUNT approximately 24 hours after the grouting of the parts to be grouted.
Putty MJUNT should be creamy and homogeneous.
Avoid any impurities in the gaps to be grouted.
In hot weather, moisten the gaps to be filled with a sponge.
The space to be grouted must be full in depth and width.
On very porous parts, pre-treat with MJUNT - PoroControl the surface, to facilitate the final cleaning.
On porcelain stoneware, first apply the MJUNT - PoroControlavoiding possible haloes.
The temperature should be compromised between 5ºC and 30ºC.
After application (4 hours) clean with a damp sponge and remove dust with a dry cloth.
Possible stains and traces of MJUNT can be removed with our DETERCAL.
When applying more fluid with a hard rubber or plastic squeegee and after filling the joints, it is advisable to dust the joint with powdered material before starting the cleaning.
Tools and utensils are cleaned with plenty of water.
