M-JUNT Applied

GENERAL RULES OF APPLICATION

  • In a clean container (plastic) pour the necessary water 30% ± 1% (consistent paste) or 34% ± 1% (fluid paste) with respect to the product.
  • Homogenise well with a low-speed mechanical stirrer until a smooth, creamy paste is obtained.
  • Leave to stand for 2 to 3 minutes and stir again.
  • Apply the MJUNT approximately 24 hours after the grouting of the parts to be grouted.
  • Putty MJUNT should be creamy and homogeneous.
  • Avoid any impurities in the gaps to be grouted.
  • In hot weather, moisten the gaps to be filled with a sponge.
  • The space to be grouted must be full in depth and width.
  • On very porous parts, pre-treat with MJUNT - PoroControl the surface, to facilitate the final cleaning.
  • On porcelain stoneware, first apply the MJUNT - PoroControlavoiding possible haloes.
  • The temperature should be compromised between 5ºC and 30ºC.
  • After application (4 hours) clean with a damp sponge and remove dust with a dry cloth.
  • Possible stains and traces of MJUNT can be removed with our DETERCAL.
  • When applying more fluid with a hard rubber or plastic squeegee and after filling the joints, it is advisable to dust the joint with powdered material before starting the cleaning.
  • Tools and utensils are cleaned with plenty of water.
