DESCRIPTION:

Cementitious adhesive based on high-strength cement, selected aggregates, additives and synthetic resins that contribute to its good workability and high bond strength.

USES AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION:

Special cementitious adhesive due to its zero vertical slip and creamy texture, for laying interior and exterior floorings, interior coverings and exterior skirting boards. For bonding ceramic tiles with a medium-high degree of absorption. It has excellent initial adhesion and its creamy texture makes it easy to apply.

PRECAUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • Respect the mixing water.
  • In walls, the weight of the parts must not be ≥30 kg/m².
  • Do not apply directly to plaster substrates; Apply sealer beforehand. AGMA-CH.
  •  Do not apply on wooden substrates, metal surfaces or PVC.
  • Do not apply below 5ºC and do not apply above 30ºC.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sunlight.
  • Never apply with the technique known as "dotting".
  • Do not apply in areas where there is danger of standing water.
  • Temperatures, ventilation, substrate absorption and coating materials may vary the workability and setting times of the adhesive.
  • In extreme weather conditions (high wind or high temperatures), drying occurs faster than normal.
  • It is recommended to leave a free perimeter expansion joint between the flooring and the wall or pillar, hidden by the skirting board, of approximately 5 mm.
  • For gypsum-based substrates, prepare the substrate with AGMA-CH (sealer), avoiding dead plaster and weak plaster.
  • Wetting and washing the back of the tile improves adhesion and open time.
PERFORMANCE:

The approximate yield is 4Kg/m2.

PRESENTATION:

It comes in 25 kg plastic-coated paper sacks.

Pallet of 50 units.

Total 1250Kg.

Implementing rules

SUPPORTS:

Do not apply in areas where there is danger of standing water.

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT:
  • The substrates must be sound, dry, dust-free and flat.
  • All supports shall have adequate flatness. If not
This allows for up to 5 mm of screeds to be made with the same product 48
    hours before gluing.

For greater thicknesses, it should be used:

  • On screeds: levelling paste LEVELAND 5-50
  • In coatings: regularising mortars with resistance to
adequate tensile strength and with the curing shrinkage already completed.
  • Very dry, porous substrates and heat: moisten the substrate and
wait for the water film to disappear.
  • The temperature of the wall and application should be between 5ºC and 30ºC.
  • In outdoor pavements the substrate shall have a slope
equal to or greater than 1%.

PRODUCT PREPARATION:

Mix the adhesive with clean water (see technical data table). Knead with a low speed electric mixer (~ 500 rpm) until a homogeneous mass is obtained, leave to stand for about 2 minutes and knead again before application.

APPLICATION:

Spread the kneaded product on the substrate with a trowel in a maximum extension of 2m². Comb with a suitable notched trowel to regulate the thickness (see trowel table). Place the pieces on the fresh adhesive, pressing and moving until the grooves are completely flattened and the entire surface of the tile is correctly adhered. Respect the construction joints (expansion, contraction, splitting, perimeter corner joints) and tile-to-tile joints (minimum of 2 mm inside and 5 mm outside). The joints shall be filled after 24 hours for vertical surfaces and 48 hours for floorings. The shorter the time between combing and tile installation, the better the results will be.
